Welcome to Webshop! Here are 7 tips to make using our Webshop even easier.

REQUEST DELIVERY TIMES 24/7


After we have activated your account, you can check the delivery times of any Webshop products. Follow our step-by-step plan below you view delivery times for the product(s) you need.

  1. Go to the Tooling page to select a press brake tool.
  2. Click on the product for which you want to know the delivery time (for example BIU-001).
  3. A red ‘Login’ button will appear on this product page. Login with your email address and username. If you don’t have an account please register here.
  4. Select the required number of products. Do this for each length and set separately.
  5. A red ‘Add to shopping cart’ button will now appear. Click on this button.
  6. A pop-up will appear. Select the ‘Shopping cart’ option.
  7. You are now in the shopping cart environment. You can see the added products. In the column ‘Shipping date’ you can see the date on which the product will be shipped.

It is possible that the shipping date for a product you have chosen is ‘on request’. In that case please contact us for the specific shipping date.

CHECK PRICES IMMEDIATELY


Want to immediately check prices of our New Standard press brake tools? After registration in our Webshop you can view all prices and, if desired, request a quote or place an order. Follow these steps to easily check prices.

  1. Go to the Tooling page to select a press brake tool.
  2. Click on the product for which you want to check the price (for example BIU-001).
  3. A red ‘Login’ button will appear on this product page. Login with your email address and username. If you don’t have an account please register here.
  4. After logging in the prices will appear.

REQUEST A QUOTE QUICKLY


Our Webshop quotations and orders are our priority. Would you like to request a quote for a product? You can immediately request a quote within a few steps.

  1. Go to the Tooling page to select a press brake tool.  
  2. Click on the product for which you want to request a quote (for example BIU-001).
  3. A red ‘Login’ button will appear on this product page. Login with your email address and username. If you don’t have an account please register here.
  4. Select the required number of products. Do this for each length and set separately.
  5. A red ‘Add to shopping cart’ button will now appear. Click on this button.
  6. A pop-up will appear. Select the ‘Request quote’ option. Would you like to request a quote for more products at the same time? Add these products to your shopping cart first.
  7. You are now in the quote environment. You can see the added products on the right. Enter your shipping address here, choose a desired 'Authorized Service Partner'  and enter your own reference in the last step.  
    To receive your quote, click on ‘request quote’
  8. The quotation request has now been sent.

Our Account Managers will check the request as soon as possible and send you the quotation. You can find the status of your quotation in your Webshop account via ‘My WILA Account’.


PLACING AN ORDER IN OUR WEBSHOP


Do you want to place an order? You can easily do this yourself in our Webshop, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

  1. Go to the Tooling page to select a press brake tool.  
  2. Click on the product you would like to order (for example BIU-001).
  3. A red ‘Login’ button will appear on this product page. Login with your email address and username. If you don’t have an account please register here.
  4. Select the required number of products. Do this for each length and set separately.
  5. A red ‘Add to shopping cart’ button will now appear. Click on this button.
  6. A pop-up will appear. Select the ‘Submit order’ option. Would you like to place an order for more products at the same time? Add these products to your shopping cart first.
  7. You are now at the checkout page. You can see the added products on the right. Enter your shipping address, choose a desired 'Authorized Service Partner' and enter your own reference in the last step.  
  8. To place your order, click on ‘Submit order’. Your order is now placed and your products are already reserved for you.  

Our Account Managers will process your order as soon as possible and send you a confirmation once the order has been processed. In the meantime the products are already reserved for you. You can check the status of your order in your Webshop account via ‘My WILA Account’.

SEARCHING WITH FILTER OPTIONS

Use filter options to find the right tool. Filter by Tool Holder, working height, tip angle, tip radius, V-angle, V-opening or shoulder radius. Follow these simple steps to use our filter options.

  1. Go to the Tooling page to select a product.
  2. A menu of filter options appears on the left side of the page.
  3. For example if you are looking for a bottom tool, use the filter ‘tool shape’ and click on the fourth item ‘bottom tool’. Only bottom tools will now appear.
  4. Next step can be looking at working height (for example 100mm). A limited selection is shown of all bottom tools of 100mm high when you select the working height option ‘100mm’.
  5. Next V-opening may be important for the product that you want to bend. Here you can filter, for example, 8mm.
  6. Finally the tip angle may be important. Choose the correct number of degrees for your bending application.
  7. You will now see the desired result(s). By clicking on the product you will see all the specifications of the product and, if desired, you can request a quote or place an order.

AUTHORIZED SERVICE PARTNERS

We work together with ‘Authorized Service Partners’. These Partners have been selected by us to give you the local support you need. These partners are also your point of contact for quotes, orders and first-line support. Deliveries and billing will be arranged directly by us.

If you want to place an order or request a quote via the Webshop you should select a so-called ‘Authorized Service Partner’ to complete the process. You only have to make your final choice at step 3 in the quote or order process. If you have any questions or need advice you can still contact us at +31(0)573 289 850 of aanvragen@wila.nl.


CHANGE PASSWORD

If you no longer know the login details of your Webshop account, you can easily create a new password.

  1. Go to ‘Login’ at the top right of the page.
  2. In this login screen, choose the option ‘forgot your password?’.
  3. Enter your email address.
    Please note: Only enter an existing email address that is already linked to your Webshop account.
  4. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
    If you do not receive the email please check your spam filter.
  5. After resetting your password you can login to the Webshop using the ‘Login’ button.
